Job Description

Amazon Leo’s Global Business Customer Operations (GBCO) team is building and operating the tools that support its commercial business. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical (onsite in Bellevue, WA), you will set product vision and drive delivery for sales lifecycle management and business tooling, translating commercial needs into clear requirements and partnering closely with engineering across first-party and third-party platforms such as CRM/Salesforce.

What you will own

  • Discover and define customer problems, then translate them into business strategy and product vision using PR-FAQs and vision documents
  • Build and prioritize the product roadmap, including tradeoffs against engineering capacity and business value
  • Author business requirements documents that provide unambiguous direction to engineering
  • Evangelize the product across the organization to drive alignment
  • Manage executive stakeholders, including Directors and VPs
  • Make complex tradeoff decisions, balancing large forward-looking initiatives with incremental value, and first-party versus third-party approaches
  • Partner with engineering on system-design decisions and feature delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams
  • 6+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager

Compensation

USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year.
