Senior Product Owner
Job Description
At Tata Consultancy Services, a Senior Product Owner is sought to lead Agile backlog discipline, shape a forward looking payment strategy, and align a diverse group of stakeholders around high quality deliverables. This onsite role in Charlotte, North Carolina requires deep experience in product ownership, a solid payments background, and a proven track record of delivering in complex environments. The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 per year and requires a Bachelor of Computer Science with at least 10 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using tools like JIRA. Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Payment Strategy: Oversee the transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails such as ISO 20022 and FedNow.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams.
- Quality Assurance: Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met prior to release.
