Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager

PwC's Product Innovation practice is looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager to steer product management from initial concept through production and eventual retirement. This role brings together technology, user experience, and business strategy to deliver client solutions that drive growth, with the position based in Hartford, CT on a hybrid schedule. The role offers a salary range of USD 99,000 to 232,000 per year and emphasizes ownership of projects, budgeting, coaching across teams, and delivering results with integrity and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management activities from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
• Drive product innovation by blending technical experience with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs
• Manage commercial and internal products, ensuring they meet market demands and support business growth
• Design and develop product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications aligned with business objectives
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ideation and development processes
• Utilize Agile methodologies to streamline development and improve delivery timelines
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage diverse strengths and manage performance effectively
• Analyze system components to identify linkages and optimize product solutions
• Engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate issues where necessary
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
