Job Description

This onsite, Seattle based Senior Product Manager role focuses on security features for AWS WorkSpaces and related desktop and application virtualization products. The position offers a salary range of USD 152,200 to 205,900 per year and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family. You will contribute within Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. to deliver secure, scalable virtualization experiences and collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams.

As a product leader, you will shape the vision and drive execution across the product lifecycle, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals. You will partner with engineering to deliver on the roadmap, define success metrics, and create clear, customer backwards documents that inform pricing, naming, and go to market decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Create the product vision and strategy and align with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to prioritize features based on solving the largest customer needs.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Establish goals and review metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap with inputs from all stakeholders.
  • Provide effective executive level written documents for new features that work backwards from the customer.
  • Advocate and execute pricing models and naming for new products or features.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
  • 7+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong team orientation with a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience in go to market activities including pricing and packaging of solutions.
