Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans to operationalize product strategy as an individual contributor on a high-performing product operations team
  • Foster a network of strategic leaders to drive meaningful business impact
  • Continuously improve engagement models between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure functional partners are aligned on the key objectives of the program and product
  • Advise product teams on global feasibility across the product lifecycle
  • Create an end-to-end product rollout plan and lead its implementation as project manager
  • Collaborate with partners such as legal, tax, policy, and support to prepare the product for launch and maximize impact
  • Track core business metrics related to the product
  • Identify key problem areas and geographies impacted by the product
  • Post-launch, surface and advocate for business insights to inform product improvements
  • May telecommute

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a product operations-related occupation
  • Relational database concepts: SQL and MySQL
  • Experience building consumer-facing technology products
  • Ability to optimize product features to increase conversion rates
  • Experience defining product specifications and user experiences
  • Designing and implementing large-scale customer experiments
  • Experimentation techniques, including A/B testing and simulations
  • Developing relevant metrics and KPIs to measure performance by product teams
  • Statistical analysis skills including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and confidence intervals
  • Program management experience
  • Ability to deliver product insights and a clear product vision
