Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main link between the development team and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and communicating changes clearly.
- Empower one or more Agile teams by acting as the central information source and guiding system and product functionality decisions.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, demanding environments.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, customer needs, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Continuously groom the backlog in response to feedback, shifting priorities, and new insights.
- Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback into the backlog and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Translate high level requirements into detailed, implementable user stories that support effective workflows, automation, and decision support where applicable.
- Define clear acceptance criteria to ensure the team understands what constitutes done for each feature.
- Collaborate with UX to ensure backlog items include wireframes and UI designs, provide design feedback, participate in design sprints, and support user acceptance testing.
- Participate in sprint planning to clarify scope and ensure the team has a shared understanding of work.
- Assist with release planning, prioritizing releases that align with market needs and business goals.
- Help ensure quality by accepting or rejecting work during sprint reviews.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, partnering with the release manager on timelines and escalation when needed.
- Support the development of business cases for new features and initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Adopt a data-driven approach by defining KPIs and metrics to track impact and inform decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with product and development tools such as ADO and Jira.
- Healthcare and technical expertise preferred, including experience with data, API integrations, and interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and explore opportunities around emerging technologies including AI-enabled capabilities.
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, UI/UX, Product Management, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Compensation
Salary range: USD 109,700 - 183,200 per year
