Sr. Product Owner

Park Place Technologies, LLC is hiring a Senior Product Owner for an onsite role in Highland Heights, OH. In this position, you’ll help translate product initiatives into customer value by strengthening backlog readiness, refining requirements, and coordinating across teams through Agile delivery.

What you’ll work on

• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and incorporate feedback on work in progress
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization to keep the team focused on the highest-value work
• Write and review user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate updates as priorities evolve
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Track sprint progress, identify blockers, and escalate risks or issues as needed
• Support validation and testing efforts to ensure delivered outcomes meet the defined requirements
• Document product requirements, decisions, and updates to maintain alignment across teams
• Gather and summarize customer feedback and product performance insights
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to support product decisions
• Stay current on relevant tools, technologies, and Agile best practices
• Perform responsibilities that regularly involve in-person collaboration based on business needs, with reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with applicable laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years of experience in product, business analysis, project coordination, or Agile environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience using tools including Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Nice to have

• Exposure to product lifecycle or software delivery
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification (nice to have, not required)
