Sr. SAP FICO Product Manager

Senior SAP FICO Product Manager accountable for defining and executing the SAP FICO roadmap and finance initiatives within Amazon Leo, aligning SAP FICO with other SAP modules and Amazon systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end roadmap for finance domain initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate both SAP and non-SAP solution stack roadmaps to ensure cohesion.
• Own the SAP FICO roadmap and steer the implementation plan for finance initiatives, including integration with Amazon corporate systems.
• Define and prioritize SAP FICO features and requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Shape the vision for product discussions, establish goals and tenets, and run monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop use cases from operating requirements; collaborate with software development to build features; communicate dependencies and track exceptions.
• Assess and build proofs of concept to verify SAP S/4 HANA solutions meet business needs.
• Actively participate in unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, deployment, and hyper-care.
• Apply deep knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA ERP processes across general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, project system, cost center accounting, and product costing.
• Design features in the SAP S/4 HANA FICO domain to meet requirements, including interfaces with SD, PP, MM, PS, TM, WM, and other modules while applying SAP best practices.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Communicate project status clearly to broad audiences and follow escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned.
• Develop business cases, solution narratives, and functional and technical documentation to support requirements.
• Demonstrate agile delivery strengths within the SAP domain across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Proven track record in defining and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs within a product context.
• 6+ years as a SAP solution lead, functional lead, or product manager with design and realization expertise in SAP FICO, including connections with SD, PP, MM, PS, TM, WM, and other modules.
• Export Control: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
