Job Description

An advanced technical product manager responsible for the end to end value, usability, and performance of Transportation Management digital products, partnering with stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems, outcomes, and deliver customer facing features. This onsite role is based in Seattle, WA, with a salary range of USD 134,300 to 223,900 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate problems, align business and user experience goals, and establish target KPIs and measurement plans.
  • Translate strategy into actionable work by producing clear requirements (epics, user stories, and techno functional specs), defining success criteria, and prioritizing across multiple deliverables and cross team dependencies.
  • Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery, sharing updates suitable for executive audiences, conducting feature readouts with insights, and iterating based on results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment
  • 5+ years using analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization
  • 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer facing features, including building roadmaps/backlogs and writing/refining user stories
  • 7+ years of experience in Transportation Management products (preferably Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management SaaS)
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Products & Solutions (preferably Order Management & Warehouse Management)
  • 3+ years of experience in domestic, international, freight audit and pay and Trade and Customs
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting tools like Incorta, Oracle Analytics Cloud and Fusion Transportation Intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications and comfort collaborating deeply with engineering
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, communicate clearly, and balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience designing solutions and configuring planning platforms such as o9, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan or others and integrating them with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of APIs, data interfaces, ETL processes, and other integration mechanisms used to connect planning and operational systems
  • Familiarity with Databricks and experience supporting data pipelines and data validation activities
  • Ability to work closely with data engineering teams to define data requirements, validate data flows, and support initiatives
  • Experience with data mapping, data governance, interface validation, and integration testing activities
