Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product roadmap, vision, work prioritization, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the area product quad leadership team (Product, Technology, Design & Data) to plan, manage, and deliver the Area Product Roadmap.
  • Lead the full product life cycle from planning through execution and future development, continuously adapting and introducing methodologies, managing risks, and achieving objectives such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
  • Coach and mentor the product team on market research, storyboarding, workshop facilitation, prototyping, business case development, requirements elicitation, and product delivery to drive objective outcomes.
  • Own product performance and drive investments in enhancements to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, perform competitive analysis, and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Affirm adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Drive organizational change and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Lead large-scale platform migrations, retire legacy applications, and deliver measurable automation-driven efficiencies.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset with data-driven results to identify root causes, prioritize high-impact improvements, and deliver iterative enhancements that improve reliability, efficiency, and user outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of the agile product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Experience leading large-scale platform migrations, retiring multiple legacy applications, and delivering measurable automation-driven efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with data-driven results to identify root causes, prioritize the highest-impact improvements, and deliver iterative enhancements that measurably improve reliability, efficiency, and user outcomes.
