ASM Product & Operations

Victoria’s Secret is seeking an Assistant Store Manager – Operations who can bring store strategy to life through day-to-day leadership. In this onsite role in Bloomington, MN, you will translate priorities into clear expectations, coach leaders, and support a consistent customer experience across brands. The position reports to the Store Manager.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer experience execution across all brands, ensuring consistency, quality, and emotional connection.
• Lead and develop Managers through coaching, performance management, and talent progression.
• Drive sales floor execution through Head Coach leadership by setting behaviors that support top-line results.
• Translate store strategy into specific priorities and expectations across teams.
• Partner with Operations to ensure store readiness supports the customer experience.
• Own parts of the talent lifecycle alongside the Store Manager, including hiring, development, and performance management.
• Provide leadership to direct reports, as assigned, including Managers and/or Supervisors.
• Demonstrate and lead company values, including modeling leadership competencies.
• Execute the Head Coach role to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personally selling.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Perform Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead and model company policy and procedures.
• Support additional store needs, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Comfort using technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
• 4+ years of retail or operations leadership experience preferred.

Location and pay

This is an onsite role in Bloomington, MN. Compensation for the position ranges from $35.70 to $42.85 per hour.
