ASM Product & Operations - Orlando Premium Outlets Vine

Lead daily store execution for a brand that prioritizes both customer experience and associate growth. In this onsite ASM Product & Operations role at Orlando Premium Outlets (Vine), you’ll translate store strategy into clear priorities, coach teams on the floor, and help keep store operations ready to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across all brands. Hourly pay ranges from $28.95 to $34.75.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer experience across all brands, maintaining consistency, quality, and an emotional connection
• Own leadership development for Managers, including coaching, performance management, and talent progression
• Drive sales floor execution by leading Head Coach routines and reinforcing behaviors that support top-line results
• Translate store strategy into daily priorities and expectations for teams
• Partner with Operations to ensure store readiness supports the customer experience
• Support the full talent lifecycle alongside the Store Manager, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Lead designated direct reports, including Managers and/or Supervisors, as assigned
• Demonstrate and lead company values and model leadership behaviors connected to leadership competencies
• Act as the Head Coach to deliver exceptional experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coach and develop associates
• Execute Daily Workforce Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
• Model and lead policy and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights, then taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• Self-awareness with interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level, creating an environment where people do their best work
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing
• Ability to use technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
• 4+ years of retail or operations leadership experience preferred
