Current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong communicator who can interact effectively with customers and team members to meet goals
Passion for retail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Metrics-driven approach to deliver results aligned with business goals
Ability to lead, inspire, and support learning and growth through coaching and mentoring
Flexible schedule availability, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
Ability to utilize retail technology
Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office; lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to travel as required

Hourly pay range: $23.00–$32.00
Hourly range listed: $23.70–$32.00
