Assoc Product Manager

Manage product execution support for H&R Block within a standard office environment in Missouri (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Apply decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support product-related work
• Use exploratory data analysis to support understanding of product and business questions
• Communicate clearly through effective oral, written, and interpersonal channels
• Deliver presentations to audiences ranging from senior management to line/staff associates
• Use Microsoft Office tools to support daily work and reporting
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent via a combination of education and related work experience
• Minimum 1 year related work experience
• Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective presentation skills across all levels, including senior management and line/staff associates
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Exploratory Data Analysis
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work to achieve critical deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum product owner
• Introduction to formal product management methodologies
• Introduction to structured technology delivery and software development lifecycles

Compensation

• Pay range: $34.52 - $51.78 per hour
• Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans
