Associate Product Manager

Uline is seeking an Associate Product Manager to take ownership of a defined product category and support end-to-end product growth through research, vendor collaboration, and cross-functional planning. This role is based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and is conducted on-site, with travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Own an assigned product category within Uline’s extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development through product research and sourcing of new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to monitor industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to establish and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop catalog and digital strategies.
• Drive measurable improvement in company profitability, product quality, and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to help develop their skills and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Ability to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.
