Associate Product Manager I

As an Associate Product Manager I, you’ll contribute to product strategy, research, quality initiatives, and performance analysis that support both business growth and customer satisfaction. The role is designed for professionals who want hands-on experience across launch, commercialization, and post-launch management.

What you’ll do

• Support product lifecycle activities from concept and development through launch, commercialization, and post-launch management.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize input from cross-functional teams to inform product decisions, requirements, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing product requirements, technical documentation, product platforms, and launch materials for new and existing products.
• Conduct product, market, competitive, pricing, sales, and customer research; analyze findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in product testing, validation activities, and quality improvement initiatives; compile data and summarize results.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, margin objectives, and competitive positioning to support business goals.
• Support project management activities, including meeting coordination, status updates, timeline tracking, and cross-functional communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements, enhance customer experiences, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of product management, product development, marketing, or related business experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience evaluating sales, market, competitive, quality, or customer data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of product development processes, product lifecycle management, and new product introduction activities.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Self-motivated problem-solving with strong organizational skills, able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry product sample materials up to 15 pounds and travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Compensation and benefits

• Annual base salary range: $62,000 to $78,000
• Bonus target range: 5% to 10%
