Banking Product Owner Senior Manager

Senior Manager responsible for the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Accenture's One Financial platform, serving as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to maximize platform value and drive adoption. Location: Atlanta, GA onsite.

Compensation

USD 122,700 - 338,300 per year

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing short-term delivery priorities with long-term platform scalability and performance.
• Represent the voice of customers and stakeholders, gathering input from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to inform product decisions.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, crafting epics and user stories aligned to business value, risk, and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Establish and enforce platform standards including APIs, data models, and integration patterns to ensure consistency and interoperability.
• Lead platform governance, covering versioning, lifecycle management, and backward compatibility across releases.
• Track platform adoption, usage metrics, and value realization, applying data-driven insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage trade-offs, and report progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Support financial and business case analysis, including ROI, cost optimization, and platform investment decisions.

• 10+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following: Product Management experience; Consumer lending experience; Core banking experience
• Bachelor's degree

Basic Qualifications

• A combined 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product Management experience; Consumer lending experience; Core banking experience
• Bachelor's degree
