Job Description

PVH Corp. is advancing its data-driven strategy through a dedicated Data Powerhouse initiative, and the Consumer Data Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering data products that drive business value. This full-time role in Bridgewater, New Jersey offers a hybrid work arrangement and a pathway to lead cross-functional teams in transforming data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steward a portfolio of data products that align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Lead the establishment of reporting and analytics strategies during PVH's global CDP transformation.
  • Create and execute a product roadmap in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-quality data products.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and development to deployment and ongoing improvement.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of data products.
  • Advocate for data governance, data quality, and security practices to meet enterprise standards.
  • Partner with engineering teams to build scalable and cost-effective data solutions.
  • Support user adoption and training to promote self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in data product management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Functional knowledge of Retail, Supply Chain, or Consumer domains with an understanding of industry-specific data challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to deliver data products in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data governance, data engineering, and data architecture principles.
  • Experience in Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra and data platforms like Databricks and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and agile development workflows.

Salary

USD 125,100 - 169,300 per year
