Defensive Engineering Product Ops Specialist
Job Description

In this position, you will help Defensive Engineering teams deliver with clarity and consistency by supporting product planning, Scrum coordination, metrics and reporting, and delivery tracking. The work improves visibility across Global Cyber Security Defensive Engineering and strengthens shared product practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and team meetings.
- Maintain product backlogs and roadmaps, including actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery updates.
- Collect and organize product metrics, including KPIs, KRIs, and scorecards.
- Prepare product updates, dashboards, and leadership reports.
- Follow up with teams on actions, blockers, and delivery commitments.
- Support product managers with governance meetings and product reviews.
- Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs.
- Help improve common product practices across Defensive Engineering.
Requirements
- Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and follow up across multiple teams.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentations.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, product management, or project coordination.
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work across different teams and priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Location and Salary
Boston, MA (hybrid). Salary range: USD 120,000 - 202,500 per year.
