Digital Product Owner Sr
Job Description
Own the roadmap and execution of Audi digital commerce experiences across myAudi web and mobile apps for US and CA.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of product strategy for desktop and mobile websites to enable a premium purchase experience
- Keep management and stakeholders informed on product developments and progress
- Manage budgets and quality for defined projects with Audi AG, cross-functional teams, agencies, and Audi leadership
- Shape the digital experience from a customer-centric perspective to drive more personalized commerce outcomes
- Steer cross-functional teams and define commerce experience needs; coordinate solutions with Audi AG and NAR IT departments
- Support procurement and budgeting activities tied to product delivery
- Collaborate with and direct the digital agency to deliver solutions that meet business outcomes, aligned to required timelines and budget
- Gather user input and monitor market trends to define product requirements
- Operate in an Agile compliant framework; translate strategy and priorities into business requirements, prototypes, design concepts, and feasible product roadmaps
- Assess business implications of decisions to align work with strategic goals
- Review customer satisfaction results and recommend, design, and implement action plans for personal and business units
- Review, analyze, and prioritize Voice of the Customer feedback; incorporate insights into user stories
- Connect development teams with product vision and business teams to guide delivery of solutions that achieve results
- Organize interdepartmental activities to keep product iterations on schedule and within budget
- Facilitate interdepartmental product owner meetings to share Agile best practices and enable peer coaching
Requirements
- 7 to 9 years of experience in web and mobile digital development, with emphasis in Scrum and/or Agile product ownership roles, and/or automotive industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Strong blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning, human-centered design expertise, data orientation, and interest in the auto industry
- Ability to identify and solve real consumer and business problems; proven capability to prioritize high-leverage opportunities to deliver to market
- Bias to action and a record of delivering iterative solutions quickly to scale within a matrixed organization
- Ability to guide matrixed partner teams and collaborate across brands and organizational boundaries
- Comfort working with designers and developers to deliver high-quality products
- Works autonomously with strong execution focus and commitment to delivery deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset using user research, data, and qualitative insights to create exceptional digital experiences
- Agile mindset: proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, or Lean; understanding iterative development, sprints, and continuous improvement
- Comprehensive understanding of current web and mobile product technologies and UX best practices
- Business acumen with Financial P&L understanding

- Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across organizations, including with agencies and suppliers
