Job Description

EY’s Foundry in New York is seeking a Product Manager to lead the design, development, and adoption of digital products across FinTech, LegalTech, and HRTech. This role collaborates with strategists, designers, and engineers to identify market opportunities, translate them into compelling product concepts, and shape the long-term roadmap for external client offerings.

Location: New York, NY (hybrid) • Salary: USD 128,400 - 267,400 per year • Experience: 5+ years • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

Responsibilities

  • Partner with strategists, designers, developers and other stakeholders to concept, design, and develop digital products and services that address market opportunities
  • Create personas, conduct product research to inform concepts and new features, design products, and develop corresponding user stories and requirements
  • Manage the product backlog and work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, proposing alternative approaches to meet business needs when necessary
  • Conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback, product usage, and key metrics to continuously improve the product and user experience
  • Drive market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and roadmap

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Proven track record of launching and iterating digital products for external customers
  • Experience creating products and experiences that resonate with users and demonstrate meaningful adoption
  • Experience working with generative AI, mobile product development, and customer-facing digital products
  • 5+ years of solid product management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute independently with minimal guidance
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly
  • Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and exploration of emergent technologies and methods
  • Problem-solving mindset with a capacity to originate new solutions
  • Strong experience managing developer teams, whether in-house or outsourced
  • Ability to stay agile, resolve business challenges efficiently, and deliver high-quality results without overloading processes
  • Proactive individuals who can energize teams, peers and stakeholders

Benefits

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package aligned to performance, with base salary ranges of $128,400 to $235,300 across the US, and $154,000 to $267,400 for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento). Salaries within these ranges are determined by a variety of factors
  • Hybrid work model with most client-facing work expected to be in person about 60% of the time over engagements and projects
