  • Leverage a business capability model as the primary artifact for creating detailed user stories and functional designs that become inputs to development teams.
  • Maintain traceability from strategic goals to capabilities to technical components to validated business results.
  • Create high-level designs such as customer experience journey maps, high-level architecture views, and UX mockups, with traceability to detailed execution deliverables including production UX artifacts, business process flows, and business rules.
  • Own a feature-oriented roadmap supported by release-oriented capacity and demand planning, and continuously balance resources and tasks as business demands shift to ensure outcomes within reasonable timelines.
  • Use daily, data-driven analysis and validated learning to obsess over customer experience, running comparative experiments and managing ongoing interactions with lead users.
