Position overview

The IT Product Manager guides the evolution of Caribou Coffee's consumer-facing digital channels, including the website and mobile apps. By applying data and user insights, this role identifies solutions that deliver best-in-class customer experiences while driving measurable value for the organization. It serves as the bridge among stakeholders, software engineers, store teams, external partners, and customers to envision and execute roadmaps that align with and exceed company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steer a digital experience roadmap aligned with business goals and key performance indicators
  • Coordinate within an agile process to optimize limited resources such as developers and designers, supporting multiple projects' core goals
  • Enhance digital capabilities across CaribouCoffee.com and mobile apps to advance business outcomes amid evolving technology
  • Create business cases detailing financial impact and benefits
  • Advocate for customer, business, and stakeholder needs from concept through release and post-launch support
  • Ground product decisions in qualitative insights and quantitative data
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and peers to align efforts, map interdependencies, and ensure consistency across initiatives
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions elevate guest experience while delivering financial benefits
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies to keep teams engaged and productive
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to craft premium experiences addressing user pain points and business objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
  • Experience with the agile development methodology
  • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable and effective in times of uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Ability to balance multiple objectives, projects, and goals
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and negotiating skills

Physical requirements

Compensation range

$90,580 - $150,966 per year. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
