Lead, Product Owner – Integrated Revenue Growth Management Orchestrator
Job Description
As the Lead, Product Owner for Integrated Revenue Growth Management (RGM) orchestration and KHAI at Kraft Heinz, you will shape and deliver the technology strategy and digital roadmap that connects RGM agents to always-on decision experiences. This role centers on owning the product vision and guiding how orchestrated insights translate into governed recommendations across the RGM ecosystem.
Product Vision and Roadmap
- Shape and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Integrated RGM Orchestrator and its connectivity to KHAI.
- Define how orchestrated RGM insights and recommendations integrate into KHAI to deliver simple, role-specific, always-on decision experiences.
- Translate user and business needs into prioritized capabilities, user journeys, requirements, and a delivery-ready product backlog.
- Define clear success measures and remain accountable for adoption, decision quality, speed to insight, and measurable category-growth outcomes.
Garden of Agents for Integrated RGM
- Define the Garden of Agents approach for RGM, including the purpose, role, and interaction of agents spanning Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, PPA, consumption, and demand intelligence.
- Lead agent mapping to identify business questions each agent addresses, the data and analytical capabilities required, and how agents connect with one another.
- Partner with Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, and PPA Product Leads to ensure specialist capabilities operate as one integrated RGM ecosystem.
Orchestration, Routing, and Recommendations
- Design how the orchestrator understands business questions, routes them to the appropriate agents, combines outputs, evaluates trade-offs across RGM levers, and provides clear recommendations.
- Establish product requirements for agent interoperability, traceability, governance, human oversight, and continuous improvement, in partnership with Technology, Data, and responsible AI teams.
- Build the connection between analytics outputs and business-ready decisions so recommendations are trustworthy and usable by stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Delivery and Adoption
- Partner closely with Analytics and Data Science teams to translate advanced analytics and AI models into scalable, governed, and reusable agent capabilities.
- Lead discovery, testing, release planning, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across Sales, Category Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Use strategic sequencing to move from enterprise vision to a clear product roadmap and deliver through cross-functional Agile teams.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of experience in AI or analytics product management, digital transformation, RGM technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI product development, agentic workflows, and multi-agent ecosystems, including practical experience translating business needs into AI-enabled capabilities.
- Experience mapping agents, analytical models, data inputs, decision flows, and interactions across complex business processes.
- Ability to partner effectively with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Technology teams, turning technical capabilities into intuitive business products.
- Understanding of AI governance, explainability, traceability, human oversight, and responsible enterprise deployment of AI.
- Good understanding of RGM and how Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, and PPA work together to drive sustainable category growth.
- Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise vision into a sequenced product roadmap and deliver through cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with capability to simplify complex topics.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, analytics, data science, computer science, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
