Manager, Product Manager- Global Payment Network
Job Description
The Manager, Product Manager- Global Payment Network role within Capital One's Global Payments Network Product team focuses on transforming and scaling payment experiences across platforms while coordinating across product areas to deliver reliable, user-friendly payment products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to reshape how millions of customers interact with their money.
- Drive consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across multiple platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Contribute across product areas including Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field), or Business or Marketing.
- OR a Bachelor's degree in any field plus 3 years of Product Management experience.
