Job Description
Own the systems behind how customers discover, select, and purchase at Amazon. On Amazon’s Customer Purchase Journey (CPJ) team, you will shape what the business can deliver, how quickly it arrives, and what customers are charged. At Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA (onsite), you will build and execute an end-to-end product vision using working backwards processes and support A|B experimentation to improve the customer experience. - Partner across organizations including Delivery Experience, Prime, Fulfillment, Offers, Search, Ads, and Customer Service to deliver against your roadmap.
- Collaborate at scale with hundreds of partner teams to understand Amazon-wide strategic initiatives and priorities.
Systems and product areas you’ll shape
- Own the CX and services powering discovery and selection of products, services, and delivery options based on the customer’s location.
- Support the end-to-end flow from Cart and Checkout through order review on the Thank You Page, including timely post-order processing and refunds processing.
- Enable the goal that every customer sees the right selection, delivery speed, and ship charge, matched to where they are and compliant across Amazon and agent scenarios.
- Drive systems that decide what Amazon can deliver, how fast, and at what charge, supporting search, the buy box, delivery promises, and checkout for initiatives including Quick Commerce, Same-Day, Grocery, and Prime Air.
