Product Manager

The position provides a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $107,000, with opportunities to influence launches from ideation through end-of-life. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through retirement, applying ITW's new product development framework and 80/20 principles.
• Create and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals.
• Perform market research and VOC analyses to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning, including understanding end-user businesses and unmet requirements.
• Initiate and manage product updates and new introductions, driving portfolio simplification and pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to define product specifications and support development efforts.
• Monitor and report on product performance, including sales volume, margins, and market share.
• Contribute to the development of launch materials and marketing collateral.
• Help shape messaging, value propositions, and technical documentation.
• Support trade shows, events, and customer visits as needed.
• Maintain product content across digital platforms and internal systems.

Qualifications
