Product Manager
Job Description
Lead Zircoa's Insulating Structures product line growth for high-temperature furnace linings across glass, high-purity quartz, carbon black, and crystal growth industries.
Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in glass, high-purity quartz, carbon black, and crystal growth sectors, understanding customer needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Distributor Management: Develop and expand distributor networks to drive product sales and market penetration in target regions.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities to grow Zircoa's insulating structures portfolio.
- Strategy and Business Planning: Define and implement strategic plans to sustain value and drive growth for the product line.
- Technical Support: Serve as the technical product expert, delivering application guidance to optimize performance in high-temperature environments.
- Marketing & Promotion: Create and execute marketing strategies, collateral, and campaigns to position insulating structures as a preferred industry option.
- New Product Development: Identify opportunities based on customer needs and market trends, providing business justification for development initiatives.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to support production planning and revenue targets.
- Voice of the Customer: Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to ensure product alignment with market expectations.
Requirements
- BS in a technical field (e.g., Materials Science, Ceramic or Chemical Engineering) or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years with a proven track record in technical sales, product management, or business development.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Materials Science, Ceramic or Chemical Engineering) or equivalent experience required.
- MBA or demonstrated skills in strategic planning and business development strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, product management, or business development.
- Experience in glass manufacturing, high-purity quartz, carbon black, or crystal growth facilities, or as a supplier to these industries strongly preferred.

Pay
- USD 95,000 - 105,000 per year
