Product Manager

RLDatix is seeking a USA-based Product Manager for Policy to own the long-term vision, strategy, and performance of the policy product line. Based in Chicago with a hybrid work setup, you will drive customer adoption, revenue, and margin while differentiating the policy portfolio through end-to-end lifecycle leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management to optimize commercial performance and market impact.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap to align with short- and long-term business objectives.
• Communicate strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Define and execute product strategies that drive customer adoption, revenue, and margin.
• Identify and manage product risks and issues to ensure successful delivery and favorable market outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a healthcare SaaS product end to end as a Product Manager.
• Track record of creating and executing product strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.
• Foundational knowledge of Aha! and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development practices.
• Ability to commute to the local office 2-3 days per week; travel within North America approximately once per quarter.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
