Product Manager

Signant Health is seeking a Product Manager to provide product leadership for one or more practice areas. This role shapes the product roadmap and direction while partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align client needs, competitive positioning, and internal execution in a regulated environment. Based in the United States (onsite), you will help ensure product messaging and delivery stay clear, compliant, and focused on real customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve a client-facing product roadmap and product messaging that communicates Signant’s direction.
• Assess the competitive landscape using internal and external resources to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Partner with Business Development to understand customer user and buyer profiles and support marketing content for product offerings.
• Participate in, establish, and lead User Groups and Advisory Panels to collect structured client feedback and drive product alignment.
• Coordinate with Product Analysts to keep alignment between the client-facing roadmap and the internal feature and function roadmap.
• Support go-to-market planning by partnering with Business Development on sales and implementation strategy for product releases.
• Evaluate inputs from multiple sources, resolve conflicting information, identify and assess risks, and translate priorities into actionable written documentation, including required SDLC and validation documents.
• Help advance Product Management best practices across Signant and support internal initiatives that improve product capability.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure regulatory compliance and respond to audit requests.

What you bring

• Strong ability to clearly communicate complex project plans, design and technical issues, and business and product requirements, with detailed working knowledge of SDLC.
• Demonstrated experience gathering information from diverse sources and turning it into audience-appropriate technical and non-technical documentation.
• Proven track record analyzing, defining, and overseeing requirements for advanced, complex applications, products, and integrations.
• Familiarity with web-based application development and technologies such as .NET and XML, plus SQL Server relational databases.
• Experience working in a regulated technical environment; clinical software experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying scope and complexity with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and train others to support transfer of complex technical, process, and organizational knowledge.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and working in a team-oriented culture, including providing backup support to team members.
• Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours when project needs dictate.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience; MBA highly desirable.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
