Product Manager
Job Description
DocuSign is hiring an individual contributor Product Manager to support the Agreement Manager Data Onboarding team. In this hybrid role in San Francisco, you will shape and execute product strategy aimed at improving how enterprise customers bring agreements into Agreement Manager, partnering closely across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science.
What you will do
- Perform ongoing market and competitive research to spot emerging customer needs related to data centralization and agreement management
- Analyze current user journey data to produce actionable insights
- Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to brainstorm, scope, and prioritize features that unlock customer value
- Review industry best practices for bulk data migration and automated document categorization to inform the long term product roadmap
- Create a prioritized product requirements document with Engineering and Design and drive execution
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior internship or work experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or a related field
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products, document workflows, or enterprise data management
- Experience with user research or data analysis
- Strong interest in product strategy, enterprise software, and solving complex user problems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to develop data driven recommendations
Compensation and location
- Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid)
- Salary range: USD 97,100 - 141,150 per year
- This role may be eligible for Bonus and Stock (Restricted Stock Units, RSUs)
- Pay transparency (California base salary): $97,100.00 - $141,150.00
Hybrid work designation
- Hybrid means employees split their time between in-office and remote work, and access to an office location is required
- Minimum in-office expectation: at least 2 days per week (may vary by team, with a weekly in-office expectation)
