Job Description

BriteCap Financial is seeking a mid-level Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving the borrower journey and driving growth across its digital funnel. This hybrid role in the United States centers on cross-functional execution, data-informed prioritization, and delivery of customer-facing product improvements.

Role Overview

In this position, you will own and execute the product roadmap for digital experience and growth-related initiatives. The work includes optimizing onboarding, loan application flows, and self-service experiences, with a focus on identifying friction through analytics and iterating based on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for digital experience and growth-related initiatives
  • Improve onboarding, loan application flows, and self-service capabilities
  • Use product analytics to identify friction points and prioritize improvements
  • Collaborate with designers using Figma to develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces
  • Manage backlogs, sprints, and cross-team collaboration using JIRA
  • Work with stakeholders across departments to align goals and prioritize features based on impact
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead acquisition and conversion
  • Define and track success metrics to guide iterations and inform strategy

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in fintech or small business lending
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making
  • Proficiency with JIRA for agile workflow management
  • Experience collaborating with product design teams using Figma
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs
  • Demonstrated success launching customer-facing digital products with measurable outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of growth product levers (conversion, activation, retention)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Additional Skills and Focus Areas

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory needs in lending
  • Technical fluency or experience working directly with engineering teams

Location and Compensation

  • Location: United States (hybrid)
  • Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 per year
