Product Manager
Job Description
Netgain Solutions builds a NetSuite-native loan management application, NetLoan, and is hiring a Product Manager to shepherd features from definition through release. This is a hybrid role based in Englewood, CO, joining a deliberately small team that prioritizes competence and speed together, plus ownership and long-term thinking.
What you’ll help deliver
You’ll guide the development cycle for NetLoan features, acting as the central product voice across customers, sales, support, and implementation partners. From sprint planning with a small development team to acceptance testing and release readiness, you’ll help ensure the product supports real lending operations and delivers correct outcomes in NetSuite.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery with lenders, prospects, and implementation teams to understand lending operations across target segments.
- Determine where NetLoan fits today, where it falls short, and which gaps to close first.
- Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for loan servicing, payment schedules, interest calculations, billing, collections, and NetSuite accounting impact.
- Plan sprints with NetLoan developers, unblock work, and help deliver on time.
- Own acceptance testing for NetLoan releases.
- Confirm calculation correctness, schedule accuracy, and GL impact before anything reaches a customer.
- Serve as the escalation point for issues raised by support, customer success, and implementation partners.
- Triage bugs and enhancement requests, then close the loop with customers.
- Join strategic or technically complex sales conversations to clarify capabilities, assess fit for new lending segments, and provide credible roadmap direction.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, discovery synthesis, spec writing, and analysis.
- Keep release notes, documentation, and in-app help accurate with each release so sales, support, and partners can speak to what shipped.
- Own the full development cycle for specific features, from requirements gathering through QA testing.
- Help train others on new features and support a strong customer experience.
- Function as the product voice to customers, sales, support, and implementation partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with lending or loan management software in a product, implementation, consulting, or lending operations role.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, including roadmap ownership, requirements gathering, and working directly with developers.
- Working knowledge of the loan lifecycle: origination, amortization, interest accrual, payment application, collections, and payoff.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable development requirements.
- Comfort partnering with developers, support teams, implementation partners, and customer finance teams.
- Fluent, practical use of AI tools in daily work.
- Clear written and verbal communication, especially in fast-paced contexts.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive product success.
