Product Manager

Houlihan Lokey is hiring a Product Manager to help shape and deliver internal product capabilities that support its next-generation investment banking operating system. This is an onsite role in New York, NY, focused on streamlining workflows, improving data transparency, and advancing digital transformation across core banking functions.

You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for internal products used by bankers and leadership. The role sits within the Data Strategy Group and involves close partnership across Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Financial Advisory Services to translate business goals into measurable product outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own product vision and execution by translating business goals into prioritized roadmaps spanning CRM, workflow automation, analytics, and agentic experiences.
• Bring technical depth to product decisions through SQL, data exploration in Snowflake, and validation with Honeycomb and other observability tools.
• Prototype with precision using leading design processes to build interactive prototypes that communicate the product vision and inform engineering build plans.
• Ship scalable, high-quality products by partnering with Engineering, Data, and Business teams, instrumenting KPIs, tracking adoption, and iterating based on performance.

What you bring

• 3-10 years of product management experience, with a plus for fintech experience.
• Hands-on technical fluency, including the ability to prototype in code and earn credibility with engineers.
• Proven experience building and scaling internal tools, CRMs, or workflow platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
• Experience operating in high-performing, fast-paced environments that require precision and accountability.
• A structured approach with bias for action and a strong focus on delivery.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: USD 175,000 - 200,000 per year. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range at the time of posting is $175,000-$200,000.
