Product Operations and Administration Manager
Job Description
Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Product Operations and Administration Manager to support its Product Group within Investor Services. The role sits at the center of product execution, combining financial management, executive reporting, and governance with cross-functional operational excellence across the organization.
Working onsite in Boston, MA, you will help ensure the global Product function has the reporting, controls, and operational processes needed to run effectively, scale responsibly, and deliver against business priorities.
What you’ll do
- Own financial management and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, expense oversight, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
- Build and maintain executive-level KPI dashboards and management reporting that turn data into actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic programs, coordinating execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Oversee governance, risk, and control activities, including audit management, regulatory commitments, RCSA coordination, and remediation tracking.
- Manage day-to-day business operations and organizational effectiveness through vendor management, onboarding, business continuity planning, process improvement, and operational controls.
- Act as a liaison to senior stakeholders, partnering with Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and HR to align execution with business priorities.
- Support Product leadership on talent and organizational initiatives, including workforce planning, talent reviews, promotion processes, leadership meetings, and employee development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using data, reporting, automation, and best practices to improve performance and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to leverage analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
What you bring
- 7+ years of experience in business management, business operations, program management, finance, consulting, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in financial services, including environments such as banking, wealth management, insurance, payments, or fintech.
- Ability to partner with executive leadership and successfully lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Background in budgeting, financial planning, executive reporting, and KPI dashboard development.
- Experience working with governance, risk, compliance, internal audit, and control functions in a regulated environment.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary range: $130,000-$180,000 annually, plus an annual target bonus (salary range is stated as $130,000-$180,000 + annual target bonus).
