Product Manager 2 - Rotational Product Management (RPM) Program
Job Description
Intuit’s Rotational Product Management (RPM) program is a selective two-year growth accelerator built to develop early-career product management talent. As a product leader on rotating assignments, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features while applying AI-first thinking, experimentation, and customer insights.
Program Overview
Intuit’s RPM program offers several years’ worth of product experience through high-impact assignments, professional development, coaching from product leaders, and networking opportunities across Intuit. The anticipated start date is Tuesday, September 7th, 2027. This role is suited for individuals at the start of their professional journey, with less than two years of industry experience, who want to learn, grow, and create an immediate impact.
Rotation projects may include building new features, solving problems for new customer segments, launching rapid AI-powered experiments, and aligning product experiences across the Intuit platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, data analysts, data scientists, marketers, and/or customer success to create new products and features
- Develop expertise on customer needs by gathering qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy and identify actionable insights
- Collect requirements, define experiences and use cases, develop data-backed learning plans, lead product planning, and create the product roadmap
- Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in a fast-paced environment
- Partner and collaborate with AI across the product lifecycle, from customer research to roadmap planning, iterating on outputs and applying judgment to support decisions for customers
- Apply innovative and new technologies to improve customer experiences across Intuit’s product ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or another field related to Product Management, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to real-world problems
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by your team and role
- Fluency in partnering with AI, from research and analysis to building quick prototypes, along with judgment to know when outputs require further refinement
- Innovative problem-solving mindset, with ability to provide a logical framework that supports conclusions and ideas
- Accountability for outcomes and ability to drive tasks to completion through decisive prioritization
- Leadership and collaboration skills, including the ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team and build strong relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and align teams around a common goal
- Demonstrated ability to adapt based on changes or new learnings

Compensation and Location
Location: Mountain View, CA (hybrid)
Expected base pay range: USD 130,500 to 177,000 per year
