Realityworks offers a remote-friendly Product Manager role headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with the opportunity to influence Career and Technical Education products in Agriculture and Trades. You will lead the vision, development, and lifecycle of CTE products, converting educator insights and market needs into standards-aligned, impactful solutions that enhance workforce readiness. Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the trades and agriculture portfolios within the CTE scope
  • Lead the Agriculture and Trades pathway, fostering new product concepts, optimizing the existing portfolio, and ensuring success for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform market research to identify trends, certifications, standards, and emerging technologies in CTE and workforce development
  • Integrate experiential learning approaches and relevant technologies to boost instructional effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment with industry certifications, safety requirements, and workforce readiness standards
  • Engage educators, administrators, and industry partners to gather insights and validate concepts
  • Assess the competitive landscape to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and education teams to develop hands-on tools, curricula, and supporting resources
  • Confirm products meet quality, usability, durability, safety, budget, and performance expectations
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to enable successful product launches
  • Partner with marketing to shape go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging
  • Support sales with product training, content, and technical expertise
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and feedback throughout the lifecycle
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and oversee updates and enhancements
  • Make lifecycle decisions including maintenance, iteration, and end-of-life planning
  • Execute additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Agriculture, Trades, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in product management or a related role, preferably in education or CTE
  • Knowledge of CTE programs and workforce development needs
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience or background in trades, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, welding, or related technical fields
  • History of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, or education teams
  • Experience developing or managing educational products, curricula, or instructional tools
  • Familiarity with industry certifications or safety standards relevant to CTE programs

Work Location

The role is performed remotely, with an expectation to be onsite at the corporate office approximately twice per month or as needed. Communications by phone and video are essential in a remote environment.

Travel Requirements

Moderate travel is required, typically 10 to 25 percent, to attend tradeshows, identify market needs, deliver trainings, and meet with customers. Travel is usually by car or air and complements standard onsite duties.
