Product Manager, eCommerce

Kareway Product, Inc. is seeking a focused Product Manager to lead its eCommerce portfolio on Amazon. This onsite role in Rancho Dominguez, CA oversees the full product lifecycle—from ideation and launch to growth and retirement—collaborating with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, operations, and marketing to drive tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, drivers of fluctuations, and produce weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
• Oversee Amazon FBA inventory by tracking stock levels, determining restock needs from Korea, and evaluating warehouse inventories.
• Maintain listing quality with accurate content, high‑quality imagery, timely updates, verification of A+ content, and checks for product videos or social demonstrations.
• Monitor competitors offering similar products, compare pricing and listing quality, derive insights from rival strategies, and assess their inventory relative to ours.
• Understand prepack order timelines, including shipping and potential delays, and account for total lead time from Korea to customer availability on Amazon.
• Engage with customers by reviewing product feedback, addressing negative reviews, adjusting products or listings, and responding to questions or concerns.
• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Amazon.
• Explore and implement diversified marketing strategies across channels like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Amazon's e-commerce platform and marketplace dynamics.
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides and Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
