As a strategic product leader, drive technology-driven improvements that boost efficiency and safety across a complex transportation network.

Hold ownership of the product definition and operational mechanisms for TOM's planning and operations portfolio, including identifying automation opportunities within yard management workflows and drafting requirements for new capabilities.

Define stakeholders, roles, and responsibilities while building intake, prioritization, and tracking mechanisms for product requests.

Establish data visualization and reporting capabilities that inform operational decisions across planning horizons.

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale TOM initiatives, gathering business and systems requirements, writing technical specifications, managing delivery timelines, and coordinating across engineering, operations, and business teams.

Make informed tradeoffs, remove blockers, and communicate goals and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
