Product Manager II

Microsoft's Identity Security Premium team, known as Entra, is looking for a Product Manager II to guide the roadmap and shape product experiences for Entra Identity Protection and Conditional Access. This onsite role in Redmond, WA involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure roadmaps align with the team’s OKRs and KPIs, delivering enterprise-grade outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities to enhance Entra Identity Protection and Conditional Access.
• Design and demonstrate enterprise-grade product experiences that span across teams and divisions.
• Drive collaboration with internal partners and external stakeholders, including early adopters and senior leadership, to collect input and build support for product plans and the roadmap.
• Ensure the roadmap remains aligned with the team’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, which must be cleared at hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
