Job Description

Global Payment Holding Company is hiring a Product Manager II in Denver, CO (onsite) to define and execute product strategy for complex payment and value-added solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for complex payment and value-added solutions, aligning business objectives, client needs, and market opportunities.
  • Lead product initiatives from concept through launch by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions.
  • Spot opportunities to expand partner value beyond traditional payment capabilities, translating market insights and customer needs into product recommendations.
  • Create business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize product value, profitability, and customer adoption.
  • Run market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and partner engagement activities to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Collect, prioritize, and translate customer and market requirements into actionable product plans and roadmap initiatives.
  • Coordinate with technology, delivery, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure solutions meet product objectives, market demands, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science (or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 4 to 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, software solutions, or a related customer-facing business environment.
  • Experience developing product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and market strategies for complex products or services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, independence, and proactive identification of opportunities that drive customer and business value.
  • Excellent partner and stakeholder communication skills, including experience building alignment across diverse teams.

Salary

  • USD 80,000 - 154,800 per year
  • Expected salary range for this job requisition: $80,000.00 - 135,000.00
  • Good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire: $97,200.00 - 154,800.00

Bonus (Preferred)

  • MBA or other relevant master’s degree.
  • Experience working in software development environments, including Agile methodologies and product delivery practices.
  • Experience evaluating customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities to support long-term product growth.
