Product Manager - Intake & Process

Join JPMorganChase in Columbus, OH (onsite) as a Product Manager for Fulfillment and Archive Services - Intake & Process. This role is centered on building and improving products that help teams deliver secure, innovative service solutions globally, using the latest technology to make experiences easier and more convenient for clients and customers.

What you’ll own

In this position, you will guide the product end-to-end life cycle and serve as the voice of the customer. You will set product direction, lead discovery and market research, manage the product backlog, define success measures, and help ensure launches deliver meaningful customer value.

• Develop product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
• Lead discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions and translate insights into the product roadmap
• Own and evolve the product backlog so development supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Define and track key success metrics, including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Helpful experience

• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
