Drive the strategy, development, and delivery of products and capabilities designed to create meaningful outcomes for clients, associates, and the business.
Partner with business, technology, operations, and product teams to define and execute product roadmaps aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and operational goals.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, translating business needs and customer insights into actionable plans.
Balance short-term execution with long-term objectives to deliver measurable value and improve the customer experience.
Help set product priorities, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and support planning and execution within AFSG’s evolving product operating model.
Evaluate opportunities with stakeholders, manage dependencies, navigate risks, and make informed trade-offs that advance product goals.
Solve complex problems, drive continuous improvement, and deliver product outcomes that support business objectives through a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

5+ years of experience leading and developing product talent, including coaching, guidance, and actionable feedback that enables ownership and growth in product leadership.
Experience owning products, capabilities, or initiatives from concept through delivery while ensuring solutions meet customer and business needs.
Comfort making decisions with incomplete information, prioritizing effectively, and taking accountability for outcomes.
Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
Use data, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions and improve product performance over time.
Evaluate end-to-end processes, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and reimagine workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and better customer and business outcomes.
Evaluate competing priorities, make thoughtful trade-offs, and focus teams on high-value work.
Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes and execution.
