Product Manager (Mid / Senior)
Job Description
Imprint is seeking a mid to senior level Product Manager to shape fintech and payments experiences, own the roadmap, and drive measurable customer outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine product experiences to meet the needs of a growing and diverse user base, grounding decisions in data, UX research, and a thorough understanding of partner and customer requirements.
- Drive real outcomes, not slide decks: focus on delivering measurable customer impact by owning the details of the product's performance.
- Develop fintech domain expertise and share it across teams: monitor industry trends in consumer financial products and translate them into actionable guidance for cross-functional partners.
- Own and sequence the roadmap: collaborate with partner PMs and engineering/design to determine what to build, when, and why.
- Collaborate across a broad cross-functional surface: work with engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and brand to ensure the customer experience aligns with varied business needs.
- Integrate AI as a core working method: utilize tools such as Claude and Claude Design to accelerate prototyping, research, and iteration from insight to production.
- Move fast with real responsibility: in a growing company, individuals drive impact rather than waiting for organizational alignment.
- At senior levels, define roadmap strategy for the product area, represent Product in executive and partner-facing forums, and help shape PM team practices.
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing products.
- Strong end-to-end consumer product sense, spanning UX, experimentation, and design; attention to detail is essential.
- A track record of shipping products with measurable outcomes.
- Deep customer insight capabilities: direct conversations with users, review of support tickets, analysis of behavioral data, and forming a user-centered point of view.
- Proficient with analytics and experimentation tools such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Statsig.
- Clear communicator who can present complex tradeoffs to engineering, design, executives, and partners to enable alignment.
- Comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and ownership of a growing startup, able to work in the details while making pragmatic tradeoffs.
