Job Description
Product Manager for Amazon Leo tax products, based in Redmond, WA onsite, shapes tax-compliance features and translates tax requirements into scalable product solutions while partnering with engineering and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the definition and delivery of tax compliance features and tooling for the Amazon Leo tax products team.
- Demonstrate deep domain expertise in tax calculation, exemption workflows, and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to define Amazon Leo service offerings using working backwards narratives and business requirements documents that map to product and engineering deliverables.
- Leverage tax domain knowledge across exemptions, calculations, and reporting along with familiarity with tax systems and tooling to meet cross geography compliance requirements.
- Thrive in collaborative, analytical, fast-paced environments and engage with highly technical cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate business judgment, data-driven thinking, strong writing skills, and confidence leading executive-level reviews.
- Experience analyzing subscription lifecycle models with segment-specific KPIs and translating complex tax compliance requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Desirable background includes understanding modern telecom customer needs and experience in high-scale fixed, wireless, and satellite services across consumer and enterprise sectors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experiences.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with feature prioritization and product roadmap tradeoffs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions.
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.

- Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Salary range: USD 129,200 - 174,800 per year.
