Product Operations Associate

Bathing Brands Inc is hiring an entry-level Product Operations Associate to support its Product team in Wheeling, Illinois. This is a hands-on role focused on learning how sauna, steam, and related wellness products come together, while also helping with day-to-day coordination, organization, and vendor communication.

Working full-time onsite, you will assist with product assembly and display setup, support ongoing product evaluations and testing, and help keep product information and work areas organized so other teams can move faster with accurate details.

What you’ll do

• Learn Bathing Brands’ sauna, steam, and related wellness products, including components, features, assembly, and operation.
• Assist with assembly, setup, breakdown, and handling of sauna and other product displays or samples.
• Support day-to-day product team projects, including product evaluations, testing, and other department needs.
• Move, organize, deliver, or retrieve products, components, samples, and materials as required.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain product information, specifications, documentation, samples, and other needed materials.
• Gather and organize product information for use by other departments.
• Help maintain organized Product department work areas and keep products, samples, components, and materials in order.
• Identify questions or issues encountered while working with products and communicate them to the appropriate Product team member.
• Provide general hands-on and administrative support to the Product department as needed.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Wheeling, Illinois.

Compensation and location

• Location: Wheeling, IL (onsite)
• Pay: $22 - $25 per hour
