Product Operations Analyst
Job Description
This role focuses on running and improving the product issue operating model, from intake through analysis and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Operate independently within defined processes and frameworks to support post-launch product issue execution and continuous improvement
- Own assigned operational areas, ensuring accountability for issue tracking, reporting, and follow-through
- Manage intake, tracking, and documentation of product issues using established operating processes
- Ensure issues are correctly categorized, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate teams
- Maintain clear operational documentation including severity, ownership, customer impact, and resolution status
- Monitor operational workflows to support consistency and responsiveness
- Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into issue status and product health
- Monitor SLAs, identify operational risks, and escalate ownership or timeline concerns when needed
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on issue trends, incident volumes, operational performance, and product quality metrics
- Proactively identify recurring patterns, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities across workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional activities during product incidents and escalations
- Track dependencies, action items, communications, and follow-through across stakeholders
- Support post-incident reviews by preparing documentation, capturing root causes, and tracking improvement actions
- Contribute recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, product quality, and team efficiency
- Partner with Product Management and Product Development to support product enhancement, innovation, and new product initiatives
- Support operational analysis, process documentation, workflow design, and solution validation
- Assist with evaluation and implementation of process optimization, automation, and emerging technology initiatives where appropriate
- Conduct research and gather insights, translating business needs into operational or product improvement opportunities
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support scalability, efficiency, and product innovation
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, product support, supply chain operations, or related environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with operational data, dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while operating effectively in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute operational recommendations
- Exposure to product development processes, workflow automation, or technology enablement initiatives is a plus
- Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, process optimization, and operational innovation preferred

- USD 85,000 - 98,000 per year
