Associate Product Manager

Global Glove & Safety Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring an Associate Product Manager for an onsite role in the Anoka/Ramsey, Minnesota area. This full-time position helps support the product management team with the systems, analysis, and coordination needed to keep product information current and product updates moving from planning to launch. You will work across departments while contributing to process improvements that strengthen accuracy, workflows, and team efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Create, compile, and maintain accurate product information across ERP, PIM, and marketing systems.
• Collaborate with product development, product management, and quality control teams.
• Coordinate assigned project tasks by tracking timelines, following up with team members, and supporting work completion.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Track new product intake and running changes for existing products, helping ensure the right information and stakeholders stay aligned.
• Assist with product launches and support ongoing product lifecycle activities, from introduction through updates and discontinuation.
• Perform product cost analysis and support regular reviews of product performance, including sales and margins.
• Support marketing with product demonstrations and supporting materials for marketing videos.
• Identify opportunities to improve product data accuracy, workflows, and team efficiency.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Compensation and benefits

This is a full-time position paying $24.00 to $28.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, dental, health, vision, and life insurance, plus paid time off.

Minimum qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High school diploma or GED
• In-person work setting in Ramsey, Minnesota (Anoka, MN commute required: Anoka, MN 55303)

Preferred qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or another ERP system
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator
