Product Operations Educator

Contract role in Houston, TX (onsite) with hourly pay ranging from $19 to $21, plus additional targets for compensation. As an Educator in lululemon retail, you will help create a world-class guest experience through product education and authentic engagement with the store community and culture. You’ll also support daily store operations, from transactions and omnichannel programs to product presentation and safety.

What you’ll do

• Engage with guests in a way that respects their time and supports a great in-store experience.
• Assess guest needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions and ongoing support.
• Deliver technical product education by clearly explaining the value and benefits of products.
• Run accurate, timely guest transactions and execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (including buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store) according to company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously connect with guests and address guest or store needs as they come up.
• Collect guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive environment by welcoming and celebrating differences for both team members and guests.
• Build supportive, productive relationships across the team to help ensure optimal guest experience and smooth store operations.
• Support product presentation tasks such as restocking depleted items, destocking or relocating items, and returning products to the right places in line with standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and enhance positive guest experiences.
• Complete cleaning tasks as needed throughout your shift to maintain a luxury store environment.
• Follow people safety policies and procedures to support a safe workplace.
• Work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Schedule & eligibility

• Flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work; EMEA roles require additional local legislative evidence.

Pay & benefits

• Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
• Base Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.86/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
