Product Operations Manager, Identity
Job Description
Own the operational rollout of identity product strategy across global markets by partnering with product, engineering, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and shape go-to-market plans, supporting tools, and operating models to operationalize product strategy across high-performing teams.
- Lead a community of strategic leaders to drive measurable impact while keeping functional partners aligned to shared objectives.
- Plan and execute end-to-end product rollouts and testing, project-managing implementation across global markets.
- Gather and advocate for business insights and “voice of the customer” inputs to inform product improvements and assess global feasibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partners including legal, tax, engineering, and support to prepare for launch and maximize impact.
- Monitor core business metrics, diagnose critical post-launch problem areas, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience managing large-scale global projects and leading cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency using data and SQL to support key business decisions.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Location and work model
- San Francisco, CA (onsite)
- Base salary range: USD $142,000 - $158,000 per year (for San Francisco, CA-based roles).
- Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office.
- Some roles (example: greenlight hubs) require full-time in-office presence.
